A smooth process

I like to start the conversation about your headshot session by talking about where the photos will be used and what they are for. A headshot for an attorney will be totally different than a headshot for an artist or life coach. Kyndall will help you choose the right clothing to wear and ask about background colors you prefer or choose them based on your outfit choices. During the session you will be coached into several different poses and angles. Kyndall will keep shooting photos until both you and she are confident that we've got enough great photos to work with. 


We understand that having your photo taken isn't everyone's cup of tea so I try to make the process as stress free, easy and comfortable as possible. That is why people love working with me. The goal is to create images that represent you as your natural self but at your most photogenic. I also love working with clients on creating images that showcase their brand and capture what they love to do.

WHAT TO EXPECT: YOUR BRANDING & HEADSHOT EXPERIENCE


Investing in professional imagery is an investment in your brand’s future. To ensure you feel confident and prepared, here is a look at my seamless process from our first hello to the delivery of your final gallery.


1. LET'S CHAT

It all starts with a conversation! Once you're ready to book, I'll send over a quick questionnaire so I can learn more about you, your brand, and the vision for your session.

2. WE PLAN THE DETAILS

Together, we'll choose the date, location, and overall look for your photos. My goal is to make the entire process simple stress-free - and of course fun!

3. YOU'RE OFFICIALLY BOOKED

A signed contract and retainer secure your session date and officially reserve your spot on my calendar.

4. SESSION DAY

Don't worry if you're nervous...I’ve got you! I'll guide you through posing, expressions, and everything in between so you feel comfortable and confident!

5. GALLERY DELIVERY

After your session, I'll hand-edit your images and deliver them through a private online gallery. You will be able to download your favorite photos, purchase additional photos or the entire gallery at a discounted rate.
